Phone: 044 - 27162229 We provide staff transportation from Chennai We require result - oriented candidates for the following positions at SRIPERUMBUDUR: SRIPERUMBUDUR: 1.HEAD (QA): B.E (Mechanical) with about 20 years experience in independently handling QA such as product Quality, Systems, Vendor Development, Customer Complaints, Warranty issues and monitoring of in process and outgoing Quality. Experience in implementation of ISO/TS 16949: 2008 and ISO 14001: 1996 will be an added advantage. The incumbent calls for high degree of knowledge, skill, Drive & Initiative to steer the Quality Function. 2.SENIOR MANAGER / DIV. MANAGER (MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE): DME / DMTMR with about 20 years experience or BE (Mechanical) with about 12 years experience in mechanical maintenance in a heavy engineering or automobile industry with competence in maintenance of GPM, SPM operated by Hydraulic / Mechanical drives ,& Heavy duty hydraulic presses and conversant with quality systems requirements. Should be capable of independent handling. 3.MANAGER (TOOL DESIGN): BE (Mechanical) with about 12 years of experience in a mass production industry in design of Jig & Fixture, Press tools & cutting tools. Should have exposure to Auto CAD & 3D Modeling. Basic knowledge about various processes like machining, welding and forming are mandatory. 4.ASSISTANT MANAGER (COSTING): ICWA with about 4 years experience in costing activities in an engineering industry. Exposure to ERP is desirable. 5.ASSISTANT / DY. MANAGER (METHODS): BE (Mechanical / Production) with about 7 years experience in Production Engineering , Process Planning, Jig & Fixture Design, Cutting Tools, Trouble Shooting in mass Production lines. Knowledge in welding will be added advantage. Computer & Auto CAD knowledge is essential. Engineers having more experience will be considered for next level. 6.ASSISTANT MANAGER (PURCHASE): DME with about 12 years experience / B.E (Mechanical/Production) with about 7 years experience in Procurement of Forgings, Castings and General Engineering Items. Exposure to Purchase of Jigs and Fixtures will be an added advantage. 7.SAFETY INCHARGE: Candidate should possess qualifications and experience as per Tamil Nadu Safety Officers (Duties, Qualifications and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005.
