1. SENIOR MANAGER / DIVISIONAL MANAGER ( HR )
Candidate should be professionally qualified in HR / General Management from a reputed Institution with 10-15 years experience in handling core HR initiatives in a reputed Mfg Company. He should have independently handled change management working closely with workmen & supervisors, developing competency mapping, skill matrix & performances metrics, E & T Pillar in TPM, OJT, skill training & advancement, executive development, QCCs & other employee engagement initiatives, in-house magazine, etc. Excellent command over and communication skills in Tamil & English required. Age around 45 years.
2. MANAGER (OEM SALES):
BE (Mechanical or Automobile) with about 10 years experience in handling OEM sales / customer support in an automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
3. ASSISTANT MANAGER (MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE)
DME with about 15 years experience in preventive / breakdown maintenance of Hydraulic / Mechanical press, MIG welding machines, SPMs and utility services such as compressors, cooling towers, generator sets. In depth knowledge in Hydraulic is essential. Exposure to PLC, TPM and computer literacy will be an added advantage.
4.ASSISTANT MANAGER (ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE):
DEEE with about 15 years experience in electrical maintenance (PM / breakdown rectification) of machines / equipment such as presses (mechanical / hydraulic, conventional / SPMs) and extensive use of hydraulic & PLCs, welding machines using electronic control / CNCs, generators, transformers, HT & LT switch gears, inventory spares planning etc. Supervisory 'C' licence desirable
Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience
