WHEELS INDIA LIMITED, PADI-CHENNAI DIVISIONAL MANAGER (MANUFACTURING) Full time B.E (Mechanical or Production ) with 10 to 15 years experience as a senior manager ( manufacturing ) involving press operations such as Blanking, Piercing, Forming, metal forming operations, Mechanical as well as Hydraulic presses and Press tools, welding processes such as GMAW and SAW. Should be conversant with various Quality systems and reasonable exposure to machine maintenance and implementation of 5S and TPM. Knowledge on statistical tools and their application to manufacturing processes is essential. Excellent communication in English and Tamil, Interpersonal skills, man management skills are also essential. SENIOR MANAGER / MANAGER (TOOL DESIGN) B.E.(Mechanical) with 8 to 12 years experience in Tool Design and working knowledge in 3D packages preferably Uni-Graphics is essential. DY MANAGER / MANAGER (QUALITY ASSURANCE) B.E (Mechanical) with 7 to 12 years experience in the automotive industry product quality, systems, vendor development, customer support, warranty issues and monitoring of in handling process and outgoing quality. Exposure to ISO / TS 16949 desired. SHIFT ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE) DEEE with 5 to 7 years experience in electrical maintenance (PM / breakdown rectification) of machines / equipment such as presses (mechanical / hydraulic, conventional / SPMs) and extensive use of hydraulic & PLCs, welding machines using electronic control / CNCs, generators, transformers, HT & LT switch gears, inventory spares planning etc. Supervisory 'C' licence desirable. Communication skills in Tamil & English essential. Salary for all the positions will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
